Returns, Exchanges & Faulty Items

Custom Items
• Due to the personalised nature of our products, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless there is an error on our part.
Non-Custom Items
• Non-personalised products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition and packaging.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Orders
• Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for faulty items.
• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
