Returns, Exchanges & Faulty Items

Custom Items

       Due to the personalised nature of our products, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless there is an error on our part.

Non-Custom Items

       Non-personalised products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition and packaging.

       The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Orders

       Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for faulty items.

       If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
