• Orders must be placed through our website. By purchasing, you confirm that all details provided are accurate.
• We accept payments via Visa and PayPal. Orders will only be processed once full payment is received.
• Prices are in GBP (£). Prices are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Personalisation & Custom Orders
• Custom items are created based on the information provided by you. Please ensure all details (e.g., pet names, colours, sizes, designs) are correct before submitting your order.
• Once an order is placed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges.
• We are not responsible for errors in personalisation due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
• We reserve the right to refuse personalisation requests that contain offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted content.

4. Right to Cancel
4.1 Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel an order for non-personalised items within 14 days of receiving the goods.
4.2 How to Cancel
To cancel your order, you must:
• Notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your goods (e.g., via email at loveindyboutique@gmail.com).
• Clearly state your order details and that you wish to cancel.
4.3 Returning the Goods
• Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation.
• Goods must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
• The customer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4.4 Refund Process
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of return).
• Refunds include the cost of the item and standard delivery charges (excluding any upgraded shipping costs, such as express delivery).
• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for purchase.
4.5 Exemptions
The right to cancel does not apply to:
• Personalised or custom-made items (unless faulty).
• Perishable goods.
• Sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened (e.g., pet accessories in sealed packaging).

5. Production & Processing Times
• Custom orders take approximately 3–5 business days to produce. Processing times may vary based on demand, material availability, and order complexity.
• If you require an order urgently, please contact us before purchasing.

6. Shipping & Delivery
• We deliver within the UK via Evri. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Estimated delivery times:
• UK Standard Delivery: 2 to 4 business days, after processing time
• UK Express Delivery: 1 to 3 business days, after processing time
• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Faulty Items
7.1 Custom Items
• Due to the personalised nature of our products, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless there is an error on our part.
7.2 Non-Custom Items
• Non-personalised products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition and packaging.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
7.3 Faulty or Incorrect Orders
• Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for faulty items.
• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

• All product designs, images, and content on our website are owned by Love, Indy Boutique and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
• By submitting custom designs or images for personalisation, you confirm that you have the legal right to use them. We are not responsible for any copyright infringement claims.

9. Limitation of Liability
• We are not responsible for any injury, allergic reactions, or damage resulting from the use of our products.
• Pet accessories should be used under supervision. We are not liable for any accidents caused by misuse.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased product.
